Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Times
We work with multiple fulfillment partners and warehouses globally to bring you the best products at competitive prices. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada & United States: 7–20 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days
- International Orders: 10–30 business days

Split Shipments
Since we ship from multiple supplier warehouses, items ordered together may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This allows us to deliver products as efficiently as possible.
Free Shipping
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided for most orders. Once your package has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update after shipment confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Surevia is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we may contact you for clarification, which could delay processing.
Surevia is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While we work closely with our shipping partners, Surevia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@surevia.ca and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.
