Welcome to Surevia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Surevia website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
Throughout these Terms, "Surevia," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Surevia.
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced within them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Online Store Terms
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, territory, or country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or availability errors.
If a material pricing or product error affects an order you have already submitted, we may contact you to discuss available options, including cancellation and a full refund where appropriate.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by Surevia.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or suspected misuse of our Services.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded.
We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or order when reasonably necessary.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Surevia works with multiple suppliers, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, warehouses, and shipping carriers. Products may therefore ship from different locations depending on the product and destination.
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by product availability, destination, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Current processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, tracking information, and related details are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged or defective products, incorrect items, and related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Product Availability
Product availability may change without notice.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer an appropriate alternative when available or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
We are not obligated to provide a substitute product without your agreement.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, specifications, pricing, promotions, shipping, availability, or other matters.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discounts cannot be combined.

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, suggestion, feedback, or other content to Surevia, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
You grant Surevia a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and publish content you voluntarily submit to us for purposes related to operating, promoting, and improving our business and Services.
We may decline, remove, or moderate content that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, unrelated to the product or service being reviewed, or otherwise inappropriate.
We will not knowingly alter customer reviews in a way that materially misrepresents the customer's opinion or experience.

The Surevia name, logo, branding, original written content, graphics, website design elements, and other original materials created by or for Surevia are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Surevia against reasonable losses, liabilities, or expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the legal rights of another person.
This provision does not apply to losses caused by Surevia or where such an obligation would be prohibited by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
21. Waiver
A failure by Surevia to exercise or enforce a right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the policies and notices referenced within them, constitute the agreement between you and Surevia concerning your use of the Services and purchases made through the website, subject to any additional terms expressly provided for a particular product, promotion, or service.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
When material changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of these Terms will be revised.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory rights or protections available under laws applicable to them.
